They would contact you through the E-mail that you sent them, but I think that AG is still experiencing the contact problems. How it would work is, you send the contact, you would have to give your E-mail address for it, and when you wait a while, they would send a message back, through the E-mail that you gave them.

I'm sure its a support problem, because i haven't heard from anyone, and i send it in yesterday.

Well, sometimes it might take longer than one day, and as Shintetsu said, it's somewhat experiencing problems.

If you still haven't received it within a week, try sending it again. If there is still no reply, contact an admin about it. (Like Carlie)
