Well, I gotta say, when I rented Final Fantasy X-2 I was really dissapointed. IT keeps almost NONE of the noticable qualities of Final Fantasy that I've come to enjoy. The music is a 70's disco theme, and the opening is just....weird. This is the kinda thing that small girls say "oh that is so fab". The writing is even in the crummy thing. The only reason why I continue to play it, is because I wanna see what the hell happens to Tidus. Turns out, he's in a cell (from what I can tell). WEll, this game, to put it lightly, is extremely hard. It uses the FF8 battle format, where there's a charge time for both sides and turn by turn play is almost completely jacked off with an iron stick. Dungeons are even harder to figure out, as they have put new "climb" and "jump" buttons. They can be accessed only when there's a spot they WANT you to jump or climb to. This brings me to my next segment. Missions! At every "level", you get a mission to get a "treasure sphere", and you get a 30 second animation of some type of clue. I really was unimpressed with the game, but I'm still loyal to Final Fantasy, so I'll just sit it through and get done with this supposedly fab game.
Did I mention that I'm 10% complete with the game and there still isn't even 1 male character in the party?
nice... it was a very good game... but i gotta say the new ones are better style of fighting and all but these ones have a way better story line.... and if anyone objects don't bother complaining cuz i couldn't be bothering to answer...
