Believe it or not, the picture you posted does not infringe any site rules as far as I can tell. There is no:

* Exposed nipples
* Depictions of real persons without consent, though be warned, some courts have decided that for certain purposes certain fictional characters are deemed to be real persons.
* Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
* Flaming, swearing or trolling.

Etc.
