Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn are my two favorite Wii games. I've always loved the Fire Emblem games, and the storyline is really good. And obviously SSBB is awesome, without a need for explaining.
Zelda Twilight Princess is Good, but I wasn't as stunned with it as I was @ Windwaker... Probably because it wasn't all new. The graphics are way better and so is the Storyline and gameplay, but It took me months to finish, not because it was too hard, but just because I wasn't really interested to it. My Mom though, she kept going fishing at the fishing pond, trying to catch the huge fish. I think she spent over 10 hours(!) there :|
Also, I think Guitar Hero will do, I really want it. I might be getting it soon, So I hope
Disaster : Day of Crisis is nice too, but if you're more into hardcore shooters, you won't like it. Graphics aren't good and Storyline is way too long, but I liked a kinda shooter thing, and still some RPG elements.
Brawl is cool, only too easy. Previous parts were harder achieving everything. Also, it doesn't feel real with the Nunchuck & Remote. <3 Controller @ Smash Bros, so you really have the feeling of button smashing.
Mario Kart is repetive, but still awesome. Online Multiplayer just rocks Driving some japanese guys off the track and putting americans a lap behind, pure <3
SSBB all da way! Best. Game. Ever. if your manage to get tired of it though (which i feel only a cmmunist is capable of) you could try Okami, which is a great alternative game, and Metroid Prime 3, also an excellent game.
