i sure am going to buy it because it comes with the halo 3 mythic map pack and plus i am a Halo fan every halo fan should buy it just to suport bungie i even think some one should make a flash game for it. and go to www.bungie.net to get the latest info on the game.
I guess I'll buy it just for the heck of it. Halo Wars actually might be decent. It is basically the exact same as a Command and Conquer game though, but based on Halo.

Actually I found it to remind me more of a Halo version of the original Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth RTS,with much more smooth controls made specifically for the 360.If it did come out for the PC it would still probably be the first RTS that I think would be better on a console then a PC,and to understand why you would have to actually play the game, but the best way I can explain it is that both the X and Y buttons are used for different attacks and abilities for each unit depending on the type and this would be a bit tougher to do with a PC,but could be done with a mouse. It just would be a bit more annoying to do.To tell you the truth its probably one of, if not truly the best RTS game I have ever played on a console. To be clear though it is in no way like command and conquer, except maybe a few elements from the Generals series as far as special ways of getting resources(like the oil rigs), but for people who have played the demo be sure to try scrimmage(or however its spelled) so you can try out all of the weapons on both the covenant and human sides.I found that to be probably the best part of the demo overall.
How does hating halo 3 make you not buy halo wars. Also halo wars is set before halo 1. You should probably try putting thought into your posts even if its just common sense.
its a bit ironic how I spend some of my time explaining in detail how it in no way is like command and conquer and then next post someone comes along and says that....anyways for people who have xbox live I suggest you try it out.You really have nothing more to lose then a bit of time at most, and I think if you like RTS games that many of you may like it.
