This sir, is a good question. I have actually written an extensive essay on it, I write game reviews for my site. Unfortunately it's not up yet. But just a quick overview, although it is a new idea, it hasn't been refined enough and is only fun for a short period of time. I give it a 2 or 3 out of 5.
Personally I was enthralled by the experience. It was a very unique twist to the average platformer and had a good story-line. It was overall a fast paced game designed to stimulate adrenaline and/or pure entertainment. The literal point of the game is to maintain you constant rising speed, and it does so well. Some obstacles are hard to get right at first, jumping after ducking through a vent, keeping speed and running on to a wall to jump on to a higher ledge to get further, but it does so well enough that it isn't too hard. I'd recommend it, but only for renting. It isn't long enough to pay $60 on.
It's a good game, but it would be better if it was discussed here. That way, more people will join in the discussion! For me, I wasn't too impressed. People said that with the fast-paced motion in the game that it will give you motion sickness, but that's just a load of hooey. It was like the motion speed of Portal, which is pretty good, but not so much to get all worked up about.
No it does horrible. The game is bogged down with glitches and horrible fights that stop your runs. It is horribly done. But they tried something new, which is nice, and hopefully if there is a sequel they will fix the problems.
I liked the game a lot cause it is a game that no one has made or even thought of. The thing that bugs me about the game is that it gets really repetitive cause you fight the same people over and over. I love the story line to the game cause it makes total sense, you never get lost in the game and if you do there are thing in the room which are red so you know you have to go that way. I wish you could run with a gun in you pockets like a pistol or something just in case you need a little extra help. I would give this game a 3 out of 5.
Is an awesome game... i was actually glad that someone finally decided to give parkour some recognition, this people including myself work hard to do all that stuff and don't fall from building tops... Great game!!!
the concept of the game is a good idea, only they didnt refined it enought from the glitchesand bugs. In my opinion you have 2 choices: 1. wait for part 2 2. wait till it isnt 60$ anymore
