Hi i have a question. I am making a web with php-nuke and we have the abiability of posting flash games and I wanted to know if it is legal to download the archive .swf and then host it on my server to play it.

No it's not. You need permission of the creator/owner of the flash games to post them. Unless it specifically says that you are allowed to use the games on your site, you can't, and usually there are conditions, like giving credit to the creator.

You need permission of the creator/owner of the flash games to post them.

Unless the code is freely provided for you to upload it, Klaus is right. You would need to contact the developer and ask for permission.
