If this was a vote i'd vote for christianity because i'm a christian. and jesus was real and he died for us all so we can go to heaven if we exept him.
Er well. Christianity is a branch of Judaism. And Jesus Christ was a Jew himself. People just followed his teachings and then branched off to form Christianity, which branched off into subreligions (if that's an accurate term for them) like Catholicism and the religion noun form of Protestant. The main difference between the two is that Jesus Christ was the messiah for Christians, but don't they both believe in God, Heaven, Hell, and such? Is there that much of a difference that it's really important? I'm just asking, I'm agnostic as paintballer knows if he remembers me, so I'm not completely knowledgable about this stuff.
"the religion noun form of Protestant" i believe you were looking for Protestantism
in case no1 knows... Christians believe Jesus was the messiah Jews believe Jesus was a false prophet Rastas believe that Jesus was the messiah and also believe that Haile Selassie I is the returned messiah
I'm not gonna say anyone is wrong to believe one way or the other but i will say i believe that Jesus Christ is the messiah whether i'm wrong or right only time will tell i suppose
That is a vary, VARY bad way to start a topic, especially if you put two religions together, and take sides with the religion you favour. You need to explain WHY you "love" Jesus and God? Beacuse right now, they provoke an argument, not a meaningful descussion.
the only difference between Judaiasm and Christianity is that Christians believe the Messiah (Jesus) has come and is coming back again. Jews believe that Jesus was a prophet and the Messiah is coming. Am I right?
I am a Christian but don't know much about Judaiasm please correct me if I'm wrong.
