The 57 on Heinz ketchup bottles represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had.

Wrong (my chance to sound clever). When the company was first made there were many more variesties he just like the number 57.

Men are 6 times more likely to be struck by lightning than women!

Is that a fact, or is it just through the records?!

Charlie Brown's father was a barber.

In the comic, and in the author's real life.

I know Charlie Brown father was a barber because he says it in some old comics...

Is that a fact, or is it just through the records?!

Here:

In Great Britain over a two decade period, 85% of lightning fatalities were men.

In a recent study of Florida lightning fatalities, 87% of the persons struck by lightning were males.

By the way, what's a "half-strange fact"?

What? Why would any one go to one then. I'm sure their were a few who were murderers but still, very harsh.

As well as shaving and hair cutting they performed basic surgeries; such as toothe pulling and blood letting. The pole represents the pole clients held onto during the procedure. The top represents the jar of leeches and the bottom the dish that caught the blood. The red stripes are blood soaked bandages and the white stripes are clean ones. Back in the olden days the bandages would be let out to dry in the window and the bloody banages would rap around the pole in a spiral formation.

New fact.

When you point humans are the only animals that will follow the line of your finger. All other animals will just look at your finger.

I was so sad today. I was watching QI today and Mr. Fry said their were 2 moons; THE Moon and Cruithne. Liar.

Did you know that there have been many strange bible printing errors? such as -

The Wicked Bible - "Thou shalt commit adultery." instead of "Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Another error is âThe Lord hath showed us his glory and his great arse." which should be âThe Lord hath showed us his glory and his greatness".

The printers were fined 300 pounds.

"Vinegar Bible" - The heading for Luke 20 reads "The Parable of the Vinegar" instead of "The Parable of the Vineyard." Oddly, a copy of thus sold for 5000 dollars.
