What!? That's not a signature! XD That's a funny video clip that's been reduced to
a 120x240 resolution! You gotta put your name on it for it to be called a sig, no matter
what kind of picture it is, although that's a decent size for it.

That's when you import all frames into a program (doesn't matter which) and add your name in some animation-like form. That way, your name will show up, while the clip is being played. As for me, I'm like "animation....meh, too complicated", because I can never get those to fit in correctly. That's why I just stick to regular ol' sigs!
