Guantanamo, not Guantonomo. And I've seen both sides of the argument; lots of people want Obama to shut it down because it's unconstitutional.

Guantanamo Bay carries out illegal tortures, searches and seizures, and unfair trials. Everyone, even a suspected terrorist deserves a fair trial.

Let me add logic to this

There have been numerous complaints, hundreds of suicide attempts, and many have reported being tortured without being asked any questions. The torture was both verbal, physical, and sexual. Most people in it are innocent, as most have no charges.

People are sent to Guantanamo without a fair trial or due process of the law. It is a complete assault on Habeas Corpus.

That is bad. Carrying out cruel torture, unfair trials et cetera, is illegal and disappointing. Though, terrorists still need a place to be temporarily detained so they can be interrogated, given a trial then sentenced.
