I think I have a theory but it has to do with the very end so if you do not want to know only one thing about the end of the game do not read this. At the end of the game those people are talking and when that guy says about the seed they all gasp so I am gessing that there is some sort of verry powerful seed that is dangerous because the tape sais you are my sunshine sun seed sun seed theres got to be a conection
Aye, Utopia was a place grown by the seed in order to provide light for a rebelion.... Thus they need another one for growth, due to assassinations and kidnappings.... etc... I'm assuming it's something like that

It's a distinct possibility, but if you look at the song's lyrics it holds all kinds of references to Sonny symbols (the most noticeable being the sun, obviously) Also, how would Felicity have known Sonny/Dux would succeed in taking the tape? She could have left it on purpose so... hmmm... how about you look into and find some evidence the tape isn't real?
