I think there should be a way to rate games without opening the game itself because I played a lot of games before I made a account and would like to rate them all fast...
That would help a lot of spammers out so that would not be a good idea... at all! Spammers would just go around rating games randomly, without playing them. It's not that hard to open the link to the game and rate it. So, I say no to this.
Well, if you have played the game a lot of times, then of course you would like to write a long constructive comment about it, and since you would like to do it, as well as rate, you can just as easily open the game, and make that long, perfect game comment after rating. Right?
Yeah you're just going to have to rate them on the game's page because people would take advantage of it and rate a lot of games in just a few seconds, could probably rate them all in about half an hour or so with that feature... So I don't think it's that good of an idea.
Yes, but SPAMMERS usually do not play the games, but they want the AP as well, and if they could rate the game easily, they would spam faster and more annoying. So just take the time, and maybe write a good comment now you are at it.
It looks like someone just wants to spam. Come on it takes about 3 seconds for the game to load. People would be earning AP faster than you can say the word "spam". This is not a good idea. People would take advantage of this feature.
Everyone would take advantage of it, nobody would play the games, and there would be no game on this site with a fair rating.
Also, if everyone just rated every game without thinking about it, everyone would gain ranks just as fast as everybody else; which means, nobody would every get any AP from rating games, and the site would have to change its name.
AG's whole concept of the site is to have fun and play hundreds of games, or discuss the latest tidbits of what's going on in the world in the community. Everyone, including you, should enjoy their time here, not working to gain AP, only to throw it away later. Trust me, once you gain everything that is possible to get here, such as armatars and ranks, things can get bored pretty fast, and pretty deep, for spammers.
We aren't saying you are ; you are actually taking the time and learning ; spammers don't do that, so that is a giant plus for you. We want everyone to savor the moment of being here, that is why we all stress to people that spamming is bad. The annoyance if it is just an added factor, for some people. Glad you understand the situation though =)
