yes people love having glitches on the game making it easier to play but thats what spoils the game it spoils the fun but some glitches are fun like glitch in SONNY the unlimited money one or the max stats one.kinda cool.
Erm obviously not.. they are just errors in the game, some are fun, others ruin your game, but no, they're not meant to be there, I think they are inevitable though, no game is perfect xD

In uncharted you have 1 really funny glitch where i keep laughing about.. I died in a very weird place (i was in the air, because i tried to climb onto something:P) and someone tried to save me, but he was walking on me hahaha, he couldn't move and it was like he was falling, you saw his legs moving back and forth as if he were falling en eventually the guy dies... A friend of mine had that once when i wanted to climb up a ladder and he wanted to jump of it.. We both laughed soo hard haha:P
No there shouldn't be glitches in games, because that means there is an error in the coding and such. However, some glitches do make it fun, which would be fine to keep, but you can't purposely make glitches.
sometimes glitches doesnt either ruin the game or make it funny for example : in gothic1 there was a glitch when you where falling free from a cliff/tower and did a sidestep a meter above the ground you would recieve no falling damage - this glitch was really use full ,doesnt ruined the gameplay or make you laugh like a madman
there should be. in spyro 4: enter the dragonfly, if you jump high enough in the beach waters in the main land, you go out of the net and you can swim all around the place until you re-enter the water. ive done it many times. oh, its on the ps2.
Glitches are definitely NOT supposed to happen in games. Sometimes they make the game easier and people take advantage of that. A reason why they should have betas in before the release of multiplayer games.
i now a glitch actually its on star wars battle fron 2 for the ps2 go and play on mos eisley then select the game mode where u play as jedi and sith select sith become boba fett or jango fettgo to the top of the crashed space ship then stare strait at the sun the wite one then engage jetpacks and keep going forward till it says return to battle field at that point start walking slowly to the battle field instantley once the message is gone head left (facing crashed space ship) keep going ull eventually hit a part where u can go just jump over it then keep going turn the corner carefully then head strait eventuall ull hit a area where u start falling eventually ull get into the thing where u r flipping over and over if u get a whole bunch of ppl to do it its funny to get out either respawn or use jetpacks
In Ratchet And Clank, yes, The First One, I accidentally jumped out of the last pools in the first level, without touching the rims, and I was swimming in MID-AIR. I thought that totally rocked.
