Yeah, Darth Maul is pretty epic with his double sided saber. I used to have a watch with his face on it. It freaked my mom out! haha

Going with Raptor on this one:
Obi-Wan! Because he is darn cool (ignore old Ben, ignore old Ben), and some of his quotes are just plain cool!

The clone troopers in general. They kick ass, and they own all the jedi at the last minute (still a pretty weak twist Lucas, what'd you do? Go to M. Night Shamalan for that one?).

Boba Fett is the best.... He just doesn't die, and he could probably beat any other character (except for the jedi) easily, I mean on several occasions he beat the crap out of entire imperial platoons. He survives things that would kill a normal person regularly.... he pwns.

My favourite would have to be Yoda or Luke SkyWalker they are the best.
