I personally like Ike or Chef as my top favorites. I do have some second favs and then some that I hate. There are just so many characters!
I can't really say I'm a fan of South Park, but Chef has made me laugh more than any of the other characters; too bad Isaac Hayes died...
And shouldn't this be moved to Popular Media?

Wow that is scary a lot of people watch south park and it is a rarety to meat a person that dosn't watch south park.
I'm not a huge fan either, but I like Kenny. He's laid back most of the time.
You just gotta love Cartman! I love how he just keeps on swearing all the time!
