I used to use Firefox for a long time until it stopped letting me long onto sites. It wouldn't let me log onto Armor Games, Myspace, Youtube, etc. I just thought it was something wrong with Firefox, so I converted back to Google Chrome. It's been more than two months, and it still hasn't let me log on with Firefox. I really want to use Fire fox again... Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Please help, I'm desperate.
Um this might be a problem all you can do is upgrade firefox other than that you would have to delete from your computer hard drive and then download it but you can get rid of it half way by deleting all the files that are firefox and have to do with firefox that's all I can really give you other than you have to use Internet Explorer the rest of the time.
Well, I guess I'll have to find a way to reinstall it. That's the only thing I haven't done. By the way I'm not using IE right now. I'm using Google Chrome.
If you want to uninstall it, you should go to start, control panel, add or remove programs, then find Mozilla Firefox and click remove. That should uninstall it.
I see that you too have a similar problem to me: For some reason, on a Mac computer, all restricted accounts have serious problems using Firefox. Serious glitches happen and many times a site will not load.
Not sure if this is correct but also make sure in your preferences/tools dialog that you haven't actually put AG on any block list!
