i would have to say stewie just because hes the coolest little kid ever or the chicken peter fights with cause the chicken fights are sick!

Mayor West is definitely the funniest character in my opinion, I wish he was more involved in some of the episodes.
I think his funniest episode is when Bryan holds him hostage, especially when Mayor West gets hit in the face and his nose bleeds and he says "My god im a tomato!!". I laughed so much the first time I saw that.
I do love characters like Quagmire, Stewie and Chris though.

What I like about the evil chicken is his name. In one episode, we find out his name is Ernie.

But alas, my favorite character has got to be Mayor Adam West.
