I would work at Walmart like a moron. That takes no skill. Also, it takes some amount of skill to learn a language. Some people can master a language in unbelievable times, and others can't get it done for dozens of years.
If I was living in Europe then I would hang around a train station.
1. People drop money all the time 2. You have to insert $2 into a luggage trolley to use it and then you get your $2 back if you return it. When I went to Europe, nobody bothered returning it and I racked up $16 in about an hour.
