I think the same. Why would a teenager want to do this? There are BETTER ways of earning money.
yes they are. but child prostitution mostly happens in the poor neighborhoods. this is mostly because the parents are to poor to provide for their children or they cant make enough money to support their family. also sometimes the parents aren't around to control their kids. also, this kids do it out of necessity. to them this is the only way they can make money and support their family.
plus there are people in the world that like to take advantage of innocent people. they only approach the people who are the most desperate and pry on them until those people believe that those sick fucks are trying to help them. then those sick fucks offer the little kids a way for them to go up in life and the way is usually prostitution, drug dealing, taking drugs, delivering drugs, and many other things.

I know that for poor people, being a prostitute is the way to go sometimes. Anyway, it was not stated that the teenage girls that are being tried are actually poor. I acknowledge what you said but I attempted to my statement simple and straightforward.
i see what u mean knight_34 but it does say int the article that one of the pimps told the girls that they were trying to recrute about the money they would be making in prostitution. so this pimps who might not be poor themselves actually approached poor girls by pretty much holding the money over their head and saying this could be yours.
Those Teens are what give My generation a bad name the ones who are treating the younger generations with 0 repect and choose to do these kind of things. There are beter ways to make money go get your lazyasses off the couch and get a job plain and simple
