I've noticed that the on the forums, when you submit something, the time is off. for instance, last time I submitted, it was 11:39 where I live, and the time that the forum said was 1:39

AG time is Eastern time in the US. You may have to adjust your time zone thingie in your control panel.

Yes, it is off for everyone except a few Americans who live in the right time zone, but I don't consider it a problem. And I believe that Flippin3500 explains in a bit more detail.

Does it matter? Noooo...not really. The post will still be there. The time is only really used for random references to when a post was made/last time topic was posted in. Yet even then, there is a "15 minutes ago", "yesterday" and so on for a rough idea.

The time zone is off for me by a few hours but it has never thrown me for a loop.
