Too many of the bands recommended are not metal. What type of metal bands are you looking for? Try some Atheist, Psycroptic, Gorguts, Spawn of Possession, and !T.O.O.H.! if you like technical death metal. If you want to check out black metal, look for some music by Drudkh, Abyssic Hate, Blut Aus Nord, and Leviathan.
Rapcore is a mix for metal and rap. You just can't say rapcore is not metal.
Sorry but Rapcore is a mix of Rap and Hardcore. Hardcore is the shortened form of Hardcore Punk which is just Punk amped up on steroids with a guy who yells as the lead man. Not metal. (again, not to hate on RATM, i love them.)
