the pistol when you upgrade its reload capacity and damage is powerful against all the darkness monsters. all the upgrades are greatly priced and it should be easy to become a very powerful weapon.
i find the shotgun does not do very well due to its long reload time and it is not very powerful. it is best to upgrade its reload time and damage and if you have enough capacity. rate of fire might not be very useful as the other upgrades.
the machine gun is pretty weak and has no real power. the best way to upgrade this is damage and reload time. also capacity is very useful for this because it can hold the most. but it takes very long to reload.
Umm I dissagree the pistol sucks on bosses and the mg and shotgun are great for bosses shotgun especcially I nearly made the shotgun a full auto with a one hit ko and quit at level like 89 because of boredom and the money tower sucks
