Doesn't do anything to the website. You need to hack for that.
Find a easy way to hack the sites, and than post it, and than you can be smart.

I think it may work only in Internet Explorer 7. In Opera and IE6 it dows nothing.

And yes, it's not editing the site, just messing up with its contents on client side. Same if you save the page on your disk and then edit it in some html editor.

For real hacking u must use more complex techniques such as bruteforcing, injections or XSS
