Just finished Shogun. A great epic by James Clavell.

It is based on a real character, I can't recall the name but I know I found it in the archive.org site but I haven't read it yet. It's somewhere in my e-book collection.
I'll give more details when I'm on my main laptop.
The TV-Series was interesting too.

Found it, it's Will Adams, the first Englishman in Japan.
Shogun was inspired by his story.

Yep. I was very interested in researching that, but I guess I got side-tracked. That's probably my favorite part of the book. The clash of cultures, that is.

But now I'm reading 'The mortal instruments - City of bones' by Cassandra Clare


Same here I just started reading it a couple days ago ^^

Soooo I just picked up a book today at the store.. Probably going to start reading it today

I've heard good stuff about it and read some reviews. Divergent.

Weee! I hope I enjoy it. I'll be picking up the whole series. In a few hours I'll start reading it.
