Dacer, I think you are being too harsh. Anyway, you did not have to post a thread about this, you should of asked someone. Pivot's good but like nichodemus said, it's tedious!
You could have asked in the art forum, as it where the artists are... Gimp is a nice programme for drawing, it got it all, but is a little annoying if you have tried photoshop. And it usually hates tablets. Pivot, well, good for stick animation, I have not tried it myself, but people do get goo results. Paint.NET is a good programme as well, its vector function is rather good, and the linetool works fine. I have not gotten it to actually work with my tablet, though, but for a mouse user it would probably be the best choice.
