No it isn't, we're talking about what threat ghost accounts pose, and the thought that they cause most of the lag on AG. Also, the main reason why I don't like ghost accounts is that it says that we're some big hot site with over 200k users when no more than 100 of us tend to be on at one time, with only about 30k with 10 userpoints. It's a little annoying when you're starting out, too.
the meaning of the thread is to find ghost accounts not to rant about what harm they are, so yes, if you think about it most of the posts here are off topic.
