Ok...for starters, this should probably be in the Suggestions Forum.
Secondly, if you have an idea, you probably don't have much chance of it getting highly noticed if you use bad grammar.
However, your writings seem to be more lost in translation than extremely bad grammar.
Also, this is a very 'Newgrounds' themed idea...one which is already implemented on Newgrounds...so I am sorry to say that I don't think that there will be much chance of this happening.
You can make a thread with your music, if you have something to share. The reason why there is no portal here, is because this site is for games. Otherwise we might end up like Newgrounds, and we do not want to copy other sites.
Also, suggestions for the suggestion section, a thread for your music would go here, discussing other people's music in the popular media section.
