YORKTOWN â" A man arrested for allegedly masturbating at his mailbox Tuesday afternoon told police he was showing his neighbors âwho was boss,â according to police reports.
Yeah for the wrong reasons. Anyway if he is sent to jail, there isn't a boss left.
