I disagree with this quote cause Armstrong was a tool. Even though he kept his Pimp-Arm strong (hence his name, Puffdaddy Armstrong)which I respect, he was a bitch. IHe was such a puss all the time and needed to grow a pair.

It's supposed to be a play of words that the speaker does that make absolutely no sense at all.
