I am an AGR (Active Guard and Reserve) Supply Sergeant with the Indiana Army National Guard. My first MOS is 92Y - Unit Supply, but because I've joined an Aviation unit (the rules are always special in aviation), I'm off to 15Q (Air Traffic Controller) school in the next few months.
Firefly - Does that mean Field Grade Officer? So the American equivalent would be Major, Lieutenant Colonel, or Colonel?

No unfortunately it means flying officer. The army equivalent of a 1st lieutenant. A colonel in the RAF would probably be an Air Commodore or Air Vice Marshal. RAF ranks are based on an anachronistic system, so it's quite hard to compare the two.
When you say MD I am assuming you are referring to becoming a doctor? If you want to do that and join tthe military, it is possible. The military needs plenty of doctors and the pay is rather good. However looking at your profile it says you are 17, it will be many many more years before you are a fully certified doctor, but good luck to you if that is your ambition.
