Ok at the end when I heard that the YMCA, I mean ZPCI (I think) was keeping zombies around simply to make money I nearly dropped my computer. It was the lamest plot twist since... actually I think it was the lamest plot twist ever. Couldn't they be trying to build enough zombies so that people would have to live within institutions they created and they would be the government, I mean if they are just doing it for cash there are still enough bad zombies that aren't smart to kill. oh yeah, I bet the "seed" is something that turns people into zombies.
Yeah - The thought is a phychological tap-in with energy creating an invisible (or not) wave slashing through the neck and blowing off the head... Easy :P
And the Alternate Universes thing - It's not proving, but there's a theory - And if it's true then there's well over a quadrillion (That is an actual number, it has 24 0's :P) alternate ones, it could be virtually identical with one difference is where you jumped (Dunno why) and you were an atom away from another's - Alternate Universe
i know its not proven , just one of many theory's ive found fascinating .
not just a slight difference either , the main differences are outcomes of choices and situations .

on one side a cat is in a box . he bumps a switch or a button and a contraption releases a poison and the cat dies . while the other cat in a box does the same thing only the contraption fails and he is still alive .

Judging by how much trouble sonny and his purple friend, barny, have caused I think the seed is a device or antigen that can turn people into supercharged zombies and the ZPCI is going to use it to create Zombies to counter the non-abiding zombies by combatting them my evidence is as follows: ⢠the prison in sonny 2 contained zombie- like creatures that were controlled by scientists ⢠The comical character, Shunny, that you fight you fight in the subway that strangely resembles sonny ⢠"seed" is reference to the spark of life or in the case of sonny I think it's the spark of zombies
I think the seed was biological device, probley created to heal the sick, or cure cancer. But it went horribly wrong and created those demented, super zombies, like cleamons the deciver. Then, it while in the wild unleashed gas and such to "gloom up the place" then, the ZPCI was formed to deal with the zombies, they found the seed and took it to their leaders. They decided that if they controled the seed, they could manipulat zombies to their advantage. They did this, and, haveing been working with the goverment, with all that money, "the mayor" created uptopia. I think new alcatraz is simply an area where they get people to expose to the seed, and then release. But also, where they can experiement for more powerful zombies. Also, the "ice zombies" i believe to be nothing special, expect that they simply are zombies, evolved in the icey snow. The boat was testing more advanced zombies, and sonny was a test subject. It went wrong and he became "self aware" and the ZPCI showed up to trash the place. I do not know about the random blood marks. And also, i think felicity is a creature like sonny.
I know there are alot of holes in my theroy, but this is just what i think is going on.
If you ask me the storyline has so many misleads and unknown information that anything could be the answer, thats why we wait for sonny 3 to fill the gaps we missed. as you read this i am making my own version of a storyline which i will work on as i learn more, also the "seed" WHICH everyone refers too might be not a seed at all, maybe its a weapon, or person. In games i've played i've seen alot, so i belive that the seed could even be a fluke to scare sonny into something he didn't have to do in sonny 3, like into finding a not real seed in which he gets trapped and has to fight his way out (hey that sounds like a nice zone for sonny 3) what do you think?
A lot of these speculations actually seem a bit plausible. I like DathNerd's idea mostly but Zhawksv's idea about the "spark of life" sounds interesting too. I think that in the tunnel of illusions the seed somehow rubbed off on the animal life. I think shunny was just a result of hallucinations. I don't really know how the blood tracks fit in either, but they might have to do with radiation maybe from the seed, unleashing enraged monsters in the sewer... Also the baron really ties in too. If Krin put him in BOTH sonnys, he must be pretty important. He might have been another result of the seed, but a super-powerful one like sonny. Hmmmm, maybe in sonny 3, the baron and sonny work together. Veradux also might have escaped from a new-alcatraz-like prison, his story is a bit shady. The ZPCI thinks that the seed is more powerful than the nuclear strike!
