Gemcraft is a really good game, although I know it's been said alot, but it really is a pretty good game. Also, I think that Mushroom Farm Defender is a really fun tower defense game too. It's a little bit easier. Crop Circles is a good game too, but its really easy, good for beginners.
There are a lot of good tower defense game, and even more crummy ones, but the one that really got me addicted was Antbuster. Something about the AI on the ants really made that game a blast for me, for quite a long time.

I forgot to mention that. If they submitted all of their games here, nobody would go to Ninjakiwi.com. Since BTD 3 is a very popular game, and the NK staff were to submit it here, they'd lose a whole lot of their loyal players. They want to make it so you can get a taste of their games, and since most people enjoy at least one of them, they'll most likely go back for more on ninjakiwi.com.
Gemcraft hands down. Gameinabottle hit an oil well when they started that franchise. It has an actual storyline, so sequels are more of the storyline. Expect GC0 to be one of the most popular games on AG for about the first 2 weeks of its release, maybe even 2 months. It was announced about what, six months ago??? They better make this thing awesome for the amount of hype it has, or it could be a bomb and ruin the franchise.
