The best way to tell if someone is nervous is if their me. I flinch at the slightest movement of someone. I mumble my words and stare at my feet. God I need help.
nervous or guilty???? nervous when they look flushed. guilty when they avoid eye contact or stare at you intensely which means they're trying to show they have nothing to hide when they really do.
I blush a lot it's so annoying. When someone asks if they can talk to me I automatically ask if I'm in trouble. I don't know why I do though.
