The Wii surely has inferior visuals but it does not necessarily mean that the Wii has superior gameplay. The unique control system and the appeal to casual gamers of all ages is something which helps the Wii significantly. It is also inexpensive, which is another important factor. Though the Wii lacks the third party support the other consoles have (many of the best games on the Wii are made by Nintendo) the Wii also has inferior online service compared to the Xbox 360 and it also has weak hardware specifications. I have to say though, that many people love the Wii.
This all depends on 2 factors: Are you a serious gamer who likes to sit down and play by yourself for a while? if so take the 360. If your always having friends over and playing games together then take the wii. The 360 is more of a mature console, while the wii is more family orientated. Plus the xbox 360 has the better visual graphics and much better games then the wii

I Havn't Got Either But I Do Go On My Freind Wii And Xbox Xbox Wins The Wii Takes Far Too Much Energy Just To Move The Char On A Game And If Not Its Easy Just To Cheat And Move Your Hand So It Failed Making Gamers Move More :P Xbox Has Way Better Graphics And Xbox Live Rocks.
