I often find myself laying in bed for hours and hours... tired... arrgh...

So AG community, how long does it take you from the moment you lie down to get to sleep?

I usually take 2-ish hours, but often I am up until the morning (one-ish)... Although when I stay up for AG I often take less time.....

been another one like this...oh well

i've been staying up since 8pm yesterday so i could fall asleep in less than 10 mins if the conditions are right

easier to sleep:
quiet
dark
comfortable
warm

Well according to thsi internet article I am reading it takes the average person 7 minutes to fall asleep and i'd say for me less then a minute.

If I'm stressed, I don't go to sleep. Or worried. Especially worried.

it usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to get to sleep. or more when im too hot.

don't you hate that tennisman, i mean u go to bed but then you spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get to sleep faster.

Atleast an hour.
But if im in a good spot in my bed it takes me atleast 10mins

takes me a while to fall asleep. I usually watch my iPod.

hmm about 30 minutes I suppose.It irritates me.One time I never fell asleep at all...

Weekly it takes me 30mins, but unuaslly I tend to fall asleep in 1hr.

10 minutes not unless my insomnia kicks in then it's going to be forever.
