What time do you guys get out? I know we get out at 3:04, except on Thrusdays and Fridays, a curse on those days. We get out later compared to some other schools, which are 2:45 and such, and yeah not much a gap but believe me, IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!!
We start school at 7:50, and we get out at 2:30. Periods are about.......45 minutes I think?
Lets see (its not good that I can't remember what lessons I have is it?)
Biology: It is ok but kinda boring at times at least we're getting onto DNA and cool stuff and leavong biochemistry behind
Physics: Great subject but ridiculously hard.
History: Very fun I'm doing Russian jistory and Tudors at the moment.
Psychology: My best subject just a shame my teacher is a psycho
ICT ECDL: Pointless. 16/17 year olds and one of the questions in the exam was "how do you minimise the scree" literally
General Studies: Evil the worst thing in the world amd excruciatingly frustrating. A girl in my class had to ask which party was in power at the moment. 12 years of Labour and she doesn't know.
1: Algebra II honors 2: Techinical Drawing 3: Honors English 9 4: Spanish II 5: World History and Geography II honors 6: Biology honors 7: Study Hall (I'm lazy... too bad AG is blocked on our school laptops...)
Hence why I hate our Thursdays and Fridays, Thursdays we get out at 3:30 something and Friday 1:00 something. I do not like block scheduling >_<
really we get out everyday at the same time.School Starts at 7:20 ends at 2:05 like clockwork.
block schedule??ive heard of that but i go to a school with all the classes in one day. so i don't have much experience with it..is it easier than normal schedule?or is it the same exact thing? isnt taking 1 and 1/2 hour classes as boring as normal classes or is there a difference?
For me its a lot easier,especially this year.Since I have all of my classes with homework on one day,and all of classes that don't give out homework the next and I always have two nights to do all of my homework, after its given out.Not only that but we are given more time in class to do our work so we are not doing some kind of crazy marathon traversing from one class to the next after a short 45 minutes,and are forced to take in even more info and do even more work.On top of all of that I only have to take with me the things for that half of my classes with me to school each day(although sadly the day where I have all the homework my back pack is a bit heavy anyways) but overall I like it compared to when I had full day schedules in Middle School(the middle schools here switched over to block scheduling as well when I entered the 8th Grade so it makes for an easy comparison)
