uhh dont change the nose first off or it will be gay get crazy hair or a hat and leave the eyes to most the time...maybe im bland but i keep mine pretty normal.....also make them tall and skinnyish
you should always make the facial features, eyes, nose etc. as big as possible and spread them as far apart and lower or raise them it looks pretty weird
