Can moderators ban user via Internet Protocol?

Don't think so. Besides, it's too easy to change your IP address~

Moderators just declare that they are banned. If they are sighted within the suspension period, they are banned for a longer period of time.

A permanent ban will result in the deletion of the banned user's account.

Also, when I replied to this thread earlier I got a 404. It seems to happen whenever I try to view the last post in this particular thread. I blame the name...

Hrrm, on the 404 news, I tried to post in a thread which alt started (methinks) and it gave me a 404. Stop giving me 404s!

When I click submit I will get a 404...

When clicking on the link from the main community page, a 404 ensues.

Also, clicking on last post causes a 404.

Yes. I have reached the rank of Lord. Though, I prefer you call me Monkey instead.

If you want to call me Monkey, you must explain in comment, why do you want to refer to me as a monkey. You must provide a good reason and I also must know you from the forums..

That way, no one will call me Monkey.
