Most probably you have an IP ban. It's just to easy to make multiple account.

Hopefully you are "just curious". Even if the mods did tell us how they do things, the general point is, they ban people for disobeying the rules, and that's all you should know, not how, or when. They say such things in secret just so certain people don't try and work their way around them. Just saying, another person came and asked the same question. he decided to "test it", and what do ya know? He's not here anymore. Wonder how that works, hmm?

IP is basically the name of your computer you're using. There are some programs that hide it though from the internet.
Close, but not quite. IP is the thingy that allows the computer to connect to the internet. Like alternate said before, like a telephone number for the computer.
i would rather have someone else do it because i'd have to use a proxy for all separate accounts, just by responding me doing it mods would know the culprit, and it's always an annoyance if i just use my computer's ip because i'll have to use a proxy to get on AG and they're never as good as straight from the browser
