I first played it when I was 5, and then I got hooked on Duke Nukem 3D.. A lot of my friends still play them too.

I don't know if anyone knows or cares, but it's so fucking cool I'm going to post it anyway. In Doom 2, map 7 "Dead Simple". The song on the map is South of Heaven by Slayer, just without the guitars. Try to listen to it, the sound structure and the drum beat is practically the same.

I remeber playing Doom a long time ago. It was so good and used to play it a lot. Also, I agree it did put FPS on the map. I really like Duke Nukem, well I use to play it a lot on Playstation when I was smaller and I remember it being really cool.

The Duke games on the N64 were pretty sweet too. My favorite one would have to be Duke Nukem: Zero Hour.

I had the first doom, that was so fun, I was 4 but the graphics were so bad that m parents let me play it.

I like Doom. It is one of the best fps games ever.
