I regret to inform you that it has come to the Moderation Team's attention that all this time, Strop has been lying to all of us.
Yesterday he admitted to not actually being a real medical student - he has actually gotten his medical knowledge from websites and books. He continued to ramble on about how this and the fact that he was made a mod to begin with really excited him, but now has gotten overhand and is making him stressed out. Therefore he came clean about it, and asked Carlie to delete his account, which I am sure she'll do as soon as she gets online.
I just thought you'd like to know, as many of you liked him. :<
Nice reasoning. I think it would have had a better effect as a joke if he'd written it himself, you know, a big confession thing. But as I wrote, it's been stressing him out, so he's leaving AG... :'<
Maybe he didn't want us to perceive it as a joke, but as something that is actually happening, thus giving us a false sense of sorrow for him. Then he'll come back saying it was all a joke.
April fools jokes can get pretty serious sometimes, I had a friend that once convinced all her friends that she had cancer and that she only had another year to live. and finally at the end of the day told them all that it was a joke.
Or maybe I'm just not very accepting of this whole matter, although i didn't really talk to strop at all, I have seen a lot of his posts and he is rather funny.

Why would you, of all the moderators, be telling us this? Should Carlie be the one that should be conveying this news to us considering she is kind of "Chief" of the moderators.
My point is, why are you telling us this? why not NoName, why not Devoidless, why not Strop himself?

Well, At least he told everyone instead of having someone find out. Yeah. What will happen to the MWT? Though that is the least of my worries. He was one of the few mods who patrolled the forums. without him, we won't have as much mod-coverage and spammers will have more opportunities. The degradation of the site has begun. Dang.
He was such a good lier, though. I mean, he seemed very intelligent. Oh well.

My concern is more for the well-being of the site. He was one of the most active mods.
Why is he getting banned anyway? Just because he lied? I mean, that's a rather serious punishment. (I have my reservations still... But I trust you, Zophia.)
