When ever I rate a game, fav a game or post here on the forum, most of the time it doesn't count towards my AP. On my account it says I have no favs, have rated 1 game and have posted on the forum like 4 times. In reality I've rated like 20 games, faved 5, and about 12 posts. Can someone tell me why this happening and how to fix it?

I suggest keep refreshing your account. It should at least be correct by tommorow. If not... You're dead.
Well, it changed but it still happens for ratings... And on my screen it says 8 (before i posted this)
This may be some extraordinary rare glitch, because it has happened to no one else. Maybe there was some sort of error when your profile was made. If a mod agrees, they could delete your account and you can make a new one, where it should work. But you have to ask first.
Well, sorry I couldn't help resolve this but it seems you figured it out for now you have ten posts instead of 9. I think its a glitch cause back when I had about 30 posts aound there, it kept saying I only had 50 posts and then finally it said I got 50. Sometimes its just a small bug.
This happens to me too. It's just a glitch. It tends to take a few minutes before finally counting your posts in the forums, but it should say within 30 seconds the updated amount of posts on your about page. It's nothing to worry about, it happens with me all the time, practically every day.
Ratings issue: Make sure the game is fully loaded before trying to rate. As in actually playing the game. If it still is wacky, just...you know...go back to the game a try again. It won't count your rating if it kicks you back to the home page.
Okay I'm not really worried about posts just ratings. I click on the rating and it takes me back to the main page and doesn't count as a rating.
Try going back to the game and rate it again. Sometimes it happens to me, too, that it sends me to somewhere else when I try to rate games. It also sometimes messes up when I comment on a game, going to a page with just my comment on it. >_> Then I go back and it's fine.
