OK,so at first I thought this was a one time only deal dealing with the server,but it has happened to me at least 5 times now.This seems to be some sort of glitch in the system to where every now and then at random when I comment on something in the forums it gives me a blank page like this one:

On top of that if I press refresh it forces me to resend the information causing me to double post.In other words if I try to refresh it will double post the comment I had just posted.So what I end up having to do every time is revert back to the home page of the site.The comment I sent in originally will register,but its seriously getting to be an annoyance with the amount of times its happened to me so far.So I don't know if this happens to anyone else,but I am hoping that this either has something to do with the optimization or will get fixed soon or something.

fst6, does it really prevent the double post?
It's happened to me about 5 times so far and I've always refreshed, thus having double posted. I'll try it out.

Why do you have to highlight it? :/

Or just hit the back button. I hit refresh and it double posted on me... hmph!

hmm....I shall keep that in mind,but still has this glitch ever been reported before?I haven't been in the S&S section in awhile so I am not quite sure.I think it also did the whole double post thing when I pressed back one page,but am not sure about that.I shall try what you say,but its still irritating none the less.

I haven't been thinking about other tools.
I guess back works too

Anyways, when this glitch happens it usually takes about 5 minutes for the page to load.

Is there a developer's code glitch or something?
Can they fix it?

I have experienced that. Do not press refresh or it will resend the data. I have done what fst6 has said and it works.

Yes this happens to me. but when i click refresh it pops this thing up. And i click retry. I look back on my post and it posts 2.It is anoying.

That happened to me too! Oh well, probably because these forums are coded from scratch, so there are bound to be bugs.

Same here,but its getting even worse and more reaccurant today.It has happened to me at least twice after I posted this thread

I've experienced it for more than a week. It happened twice today for me and I have only been online for two hours.

I don't know. It took me some time to realize that refreshing the page was bad. By that time, I had encountered the glitch numerous times. It also caused quite a number of double posts. Hope they fix it soon.

as a note it just happened to me again,so I tested the back button thing.It just went constantly loading,but never finishing its loading.I tried pressing enter after highlighting the URL.It worked,but brought me to the first page of the thread.
