I don't know if I should post this in The Tavern but lets get started.
Last week ago, my hands are shaking like pudding! And my hands are also sweaty and sticky, which is really annoying, I can't even hold a girls hand for example... Is there someone who can help me? You will really help me alot.
if you dont want to do research you should look at anything that you may have changed about your life style in the past days.... could be lack of sleep, eating habits, and if you smoke or drink ever and have not had any that could cause it... *note* if you think it could be because of the drinking and or smoking you should let it pass rather than drink or smoke and eventually they will go away
If you have respiratory problems and the doctor gives you a sort of puff medicine. The kind that puffs medicine in gaseous form in your mouth. Yeah it has steroids, I heard your hands will shake.

Especially if you have asthma. The albuterol you take has an overcaffeination effect, and so do most preventative medicines.
Ah this reminds me of the old days. I wonder where that medical questions thread went anyway.
We've gotten some decent theories here, but what you guys really need to get to the bottom of it is a good history:
@Reaperette, normally I would ask these one at a time but this is over the internet, so...
Did this start suddenly or gradually? Has it gotten better or worse? Are your symptoms happening all the time, or at any time in particular? Does the sweaty + sticky happen at the same time as the shaking? Is this a shaking at rest, when you're moving, or both? Do you notice anything else, such as dizziness, altered sensation, the same symptoms but elsewhere, pains, pins and needles, or a loss of strength? Have you started or stopped taking any medications/drugs recently? Can you think of any recent changes in your life that could be associated, such as stressful deadlines, starting at a new school, having a crush (:P) etc.?
If you can answer as many of those as you can I'm pretty sure we'd be close to finding out what's going on with you specifically.
