No, there have been millions of polls on AG. Google did not need a thread, neither did anyone else. It's not your fault, it's the threads fault. Threads are bad.
So are you saying I shouldn't have made a thread and just spammed all my friends' messengers saying "Please vote on my poll" every 3 days? :P I do that sometimes, but not to every single friend of mine.
I got the irony, but I didn't post there. I looked at it, though. I think I saw one of the "flooder polls" that looked like it'd be organized if it was kept alive. Sorry alt, I don't think it was yours. :P
Well one flaw with some threads is some people never keep them alive. If they forget about the thread and never update anything, the thread is gonna die and everyone is gonna forget about it until someone searches through the ancient threads next to the locked ones and revives it. >_>
This isn't your fault dragonball. It's the fault of the person who decides to make another poll.
Roadripper had a valid reason to make his own official thread. He decided to revive his poll and for ease, he made a single thread for all of his polls. Though, it seems that everyone wanted to make polls of their own.
