Is it my computer, or has the list disappeared? AG isn't lagging for me, except that the list has mysteriously disappeared. And I have runned virus scans and wiped out all threats. The internet settings are still the same as the time I could still see the list.
The list has been removed as part of the new implementation of features. The forums were down before. So far, the removal of the list is the only noticed change.
According to what I have heard, the list caused lag. Ever since the list has been removed, AG has been loading faster for me. I still miss the list though.
well at least bring back the list of mods. Its doesn't have to be for all the users, because thats all I ever used that list for was checking if the mods were on.It helped to notify the right people as to what threads they should look at to have locked or whatever.A list of friends currently online, would probably be harder to implement then the old system though,as it would be a different list for each user that gets on the forums. All I am saying is if they at least had a way of knowing whether or not one of the mods is on,without forcing us to look through each on of their profiles, then I would be fine with this change.
Reading this thread made me notice! Or I'm just too lazy to even scroll down. Nah, I think the bottom two forums are just boring so I never check for good threads. Unless there's a good story on there.
Well, I don't really find a use for the users online list, you can comment people when they're offline and they'll reply when their online.
I always use the list...to check when my friends are online, which mods are on, who I can possibly talk to. It's rather valuable and a nice feature to AG. Maybe bring it back you can disable it with an option.
Also, I want it back. Most forums have such a list. It's useful. Especially if you need to know if there's a mod on.
Agreed. The lag hasn't changed one bit for me, and I keep going back to the active users list then remembering it was removed. Having it gone makes me feel as though I'm the only user online. I don't like it. :/

Also agreed. I've used other forums before, the ones without online users list, well, I tend not to like them as much as ones that actually have the list.
