i was wondering if its possible to suggest a new forum topic... or category or whatever... i would really like something with science... so people can ask questions if there is somethign they dont get!

Usually questions like that are answered in the Tavern. I don't think any category is big enough to have it's own section in the forums.

The only one I think that should be added is a Sports section. I see tons of sports threads every week in the Tavern, and they're only becoming more and more abundant.
