I dunno, i think the a-holes are starting to get a little c0cky. A bunch of countries were telling them to not even try it, and they went ahead and just smacked the thing right out over Japan.

Wadda think about it all?

Just typical N. Korea. Always trying to push the buttons to the extreme, until someone tries to stop them.

Agreed. North Korea is at it again, defying the pleads of other countries. Just what I would expect.

Well, the sad part is that NOBODY IS STOPPING THEM. This is the same thing that happened with Germany in the 1930's. The French and English thought that Hitler could be "appeased" into calming down. Then the German tanks rolled into Warsaw.

The French and English sure were scared of Hitler. They quite a while to respond. Thinking Hitler could be stopped through negotiation. Thus they let him annex a country or two before they reacted to his attack of Poland. That is what happens when countries are entangled in alliances.

That could happen to us also. Countries are trying to negotiate with N. Korea. Though, an invasion is unlikely but they could just launch a nuclear missile.

I hope they don't.

Well, I hope so too, but our hope isn't enough. I'm just glad that Kim Jong Il is dead and isn't running the country anymore.

And the pictures that the North Korean government have been sending out for the past few years prove one thing:

Nobody in North Korea knows how to use PhotoShop.

You say you're a history buff, right? Then you'd know that "appeasement" only took place after Hitler had taken over a majority of Europe. It was a policy put into place while he was already busy conquering lands.

North Korea is not invading foreign territories, nor are they directly threatening the lives of millions of innocent people, as Hitler was.

He isn't running the country right now, due to health issues. I didn't know he was dead?

That is quite true. Very few know how to.

I watched this show on Nat Geo, a man was visiting North Korea and seeing life there.

A person he asked, was barely familiar with what STD's are. No one knew how to dance like "westerns" do.

Mr. ZootSuit, you are very mistaken. Hitler invaded Austria, Czechoslovakia, and the Rhineland in 1937, two full years before he invaded Poland and began WWII. And I'm a big fan of killing giants while they're young.

I didn't know threatening nuclear war wasn't endangering millios of lives... Seoul after all is right there and the Korean war isn't officially over.

As I read from a comment on the BBC:

"Cue the delusional leftist dream world dwellers to tell us why it's fine for a evil totalitarian lunatic to have intercontinental ballistic missiles just because the USA opposes it."

Well I don't think they are stupid enough to start WW3 all people have common sense.

Not what I'm saying. I don't think that nuking Seoul would start WW3. It would just turn North Korea into the worlds first glassed country. What I was saying was that that was threatening millions of lives, not nothin' about WW3.

Ok guys really, although I don't agree with a lot of Kim's government policies, it's HIS country. Still, North Korea is not even close to being as proportionally strong as Nazi germany was compared to other nations. I wouldn't even say it's as strong as S.Korea anymore.

War in North Korea could lead to a lot of deaths, once you're at war with N.Korea, they don't have a reason to not use any of their missles anymore. If you're just trying to get a country that doesn't like us very much to do what you say, they are going to feel as though they're being kicked around like a tin can by their worst enemy.

I think that the main reason North Korea launched their rocket was to tell the world "Look, we have rockets too, so we can nuke you and we don't care what you say."

Were they ever as strong as South Korea?
