Hands down usually means the same as "definitely". Like if I said, Ice cream, hands down, it would mean Ice cream is the winner or Ice cream is the best. Arrgghhh... Whatever!

I personally find Maggie to be better. Stewie sounds like an old man. He is still awesome though.

Correct. Stewie would have an advantage if he was pitted against Maggie. Stewie is cool.

Stewie got his head but bounceing up and down on his head and he hit the ceiling.Maggie got her hair because its cool.There should be friends.

Maggie is so much better in the Simpsons Movie she gets a glass bottle and breaks the top of it and fights a monkey.
